The water from the ancient Ruskela Spring in Sweden is said to have healing properties and people have been visiting this site for hundreds of years to drink the very pure water that magically bubbles up from the earth.

'I found Rose-Marie's voice, with a lovely Scandinavian accent, calming and reassuring. This was someone I could trust to guide me on this journey into peace. The practice starts with instructions to systematically relax the body and progresses on to guided visualisations using images from Nature. Sounds of water provides a soothing background to the practice. The meditations takes you on various guided journeys, and have periods of silence (or just the sound of water), which gives you enough time to develop your own images and experiences at strategic points. I found this aspect particularly valuable so this CD definitely worked for me.'
