Please note that none of the classes below are suitable for pregnant ladies.
Your yoga classes are the highlight of my week. You always explain how the postures and salutations benefit the body which I find much more interesting than blindly following an instructor. There is no pressure to push myself further than my body will allow. It is also possibly the only time in my week when my thoughts become still and controlled. I love it and always leave feeling refreshed and sleep brilliantly afterwards! You are a wonderful teacher, for both my body and my spirit, thank you Rose-Marie.

You can come along to any of the above classes to make up for lost classes, within the block you have paid for. Please note that you can not 'carry over' any classes to the next block.
