Class Timetable 2012

Your yoga classes are the highlight of my week. You always explain how the postures and salutations benefit the body which I find much more interesting than blindly following an instructor. There is no pressure to push myself further than my body will allow. It is also possibly the only time in my week when my thoughts become still and controlled. I love it and always leave feeling refreshed and sleep brilliantly afterwards! You are a wonderful teacher, for both my body and my spirit, thank you Rose-Marie.

Class Time & Day Class Description
Yoga & Pilates Fusion Gentle Class (mainly over 60's) Monday 10.00am-11.15am RBLI Capel Morris Centre, Aylesford General Pilates exercises and some Yoga postures. Relaxation at the end of the class.
Evolution Pilates Complete Beginners Intro Class Monday 11.15am-12.15pm RBlI Capel Morris Centre, Aylesford A gentle complete beginners class. Great class to start with if you are new to Pilates or prefer a slower and more gentle class.
Hatha Yoga Level 2/Improvers/General Level Monday 6.30pm - 8.00pm RBLI Capel Morris Centre, Aylesford Dynamic flowing posture sequences, Static postures, Pranayama, Relaxation, Yoga Philosophy. For students with at least 2 years experience with a qualified teacher.
Evolution Pilates Beginners/General Level Monday 8.00pm-9.15pm RBLI Capel Morris Centre, Aylesford Complete body workout with emphasis on strengthening abdominals and back. Suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students.
Evolution Pilates Beginners/General Level Tuesday 6.30pm-7.45pm RBLI Capel Morris Centre, Aylesford Complete body workout with emphasis on strengthening abdominals and back. Suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students.

You can come along to any of the above classes to make up for lost classes, within the block you have paid for. Please note that you can not 'carry over' any classes to the next block.
