Deep Relaxation
A perfect end to the day! Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Very gentle supine yoga postures, deep breathing and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Suitable for anyone who would like to experience deep relaxation, who suffers from stress and tension. Next course dates TBC.
