 10.00am-10.45am Intro to Hatha Yoga

 11.00am-11.45am Intro to Yoga Dance Fusion

 12.00noon-12.45pm Intro to Evolution Pilates

 1.00pm-1.45pm Intro to The Sorokin Method (specialised back care system)

 2.00pm-2.45pm Intro to The Shakti Mat (for back pain, insomnia,tension etc.)

Free teas served throughout the day.

All ages and levels (including complete beginners) are very welcome.

Also men! (ladies bring your husbands - they too need yoga and pilates!)

This will be a friendly and informal introduction to the benefits of my classes and a chance for you to try out a class.
