Classes include gentle yoga postures, breathing, visualization and relaxation techniques,

and are suitable for women who are over 14 weeks pregnant.

About Monique:

I have been practising yoga for 25 years and it was my own teacher who approached me suggesting that I train to become a Yoga techer.

I have now been teaching Hatha Yoga classes in Kent for over 10 years and my style is a creative blend of Classical Hatha Yoga and Viniyoga.

Yoga is a wonderful journey and my aim is to make it accessible to everyone, so I therefore decided to specialise in Pregnancy Yoga as I am myself a mother and know how important the time of pregnancy is. Pregnancy Yoga made a great difference to myself during my own pregnancy and it provides the time and space for pregnant mothers to connect with their bodies and their unborn baby in a wonderful way and in a relaxed and supportive environment. At the same time it is a great way of keeping fit and healthy during pregnancy.
