Sweet Greens are Made of This

2 medium sized pears
2-3 handfuls of spinach leaves

Blend and pour into a large glass or bowl
Sprinkle a few cashews/pecans/walnuts or other nuts of your choice and some pumpkin seeds on top.

Incredi-Salad with Avocado, Courgette, Figs & Olives

1 head of Batavia salad
12 Cherry tomatoes
1 large courgette
1 pepper
2 figs
8 Kalamata olives
Parsley
Basil leaves
1 Avocado
Pinch of sea salt

Arrange the lettuce leaves in a circle on a large serving plat or bowl.
Use a Spiruliser and cut the courgette into spirals
Place the courgette on the lettuce
Chop the pepper.
Dice the figs
Mix the ingredients
Sprinkle some sea salt over the salad.

Carrot, Coconut and Raisin Salad

6 Grated carrots
2 small handfuls of organic Raisins
Shredded coconut (grind in your coffee mill for a finer texture)

Mix and serve.

Avocado & Tomato Dressing

1 avocado
1/2 red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 sun dried tomato
1 tomato
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Fantastic on your salad!

Raw Chocolate Mousse for a Happy Valentines Day!

1 large Avocado
5 table spoons Coconut Milk
1 pear
2 table spoons Raw Cacao Powder
1 table spoon Raw Vanilla Powder
1 table spoons Agave Nectar
Water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add Pecan Nuts and Pomegranate Seeds. Sprinkle with some Ground Coconut
