SuperHealthy You embraces a holistic worldcentric approach to health which respects body, mind and spirit. Our courses and workshpos contain much information from specialist disciplines which is NOT common knowledge but is nevertheless simple to apply and vital to understand if we are to make any real inroads into developing a clear understanding of how to look after the miracle of the body that we have been blessed with.

We will be cutting through the dogma, marketing and general confusion that abounds in the newspapers, magazines and the latest ‘best seller’ books which often contain a very piecemeal and fractured approach, misleadingly presenting the latest ‘discovery’ as a cure-all but often only really serving to obscure the real truths that nature presents to us.
