Classes will be with Rose-Marie Sorokin, B.A., Dip BWY, fully qualified international Yoga and Pilates teacher with 25 years experience. There will be a variety of classes including Flow Yoga (creative and easy-to-follow sequences), Evolution Pilates (Rose-Marie’s unique style of Pilates, excellent for core stability and tension in back/neck/shoulders), Meditation and Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra). All classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Flights from Stansted to Gothenburg are extra and cost from as little as £30 return including all taxes. Transfer from/to the airport to/from Asia Spa is £30 per person each way. Flights www.ryanair.com.

Asia Spa is situated on the top floor of Varbergs Stadshotell (117 rooms) with views over Varberg and the coast. The hotel is an interesting mixture of period and modern design and the spa has a beautiful oriental design with lots of dark wood, stone and water.

Included in your prices is limitless use of the Spa.
In Asia Spa you will find:
Japanese bathing/washing ritual and hot springs
Cleansing for both body and soul. After a cleansing body scrub in the special Japanese wash room you can emerge yourself in the hot springs. Intro to this procedure in the spa introduction the first day.
Vitality pool
The Vitality Pool is a totally unique massage pool with around 30 massage functions. There is a small sign at each massage ‘station’ telling you which part of your body is being massaged. There is also a large bubble pool with views over the harbour and the fortress.
Sauna oasis
Traditional ‘dry’ sauna and steam room, cold pool and bubble pool. Beautiful light effects in the steam room.
Relaxation room
A wonderful relaxation room with lovely views over the sea. Spend quite time here, relax or read.
The cost for the Spa Retreat is £415 per person.
What is included?: 4 night’s shared accommodation, breakfast (huge breakfast buffet!), all classes, full use of the Spa and bathrobe & slippers to take home.
Not included: Flight, transfers, lunch, dinner, spa treatments, excursions, travel insurance.
There are lots of restaurants and cafes in Varberg where you can get a meal from as little as £5.
Flight is approx £60-£100 return, transfers with car £30 per person each way, dinner at the hotel is approx £25 for 2 courses, spa treatments from £30-£65.Please note that all prices are approximate prices at the time of writing this. A deposit of £125 (non-returnable) will secure your place.
