- There will be an Individual Introduction Session where I see you one-to-one. This is to explain more about the course and to see if it is suitable for you at this point in time. I will be looking at your Astrological Chart and have a general discussion about this with you. Approx 1 hour.
- The course consists of 4 Group Sessions (max 5 people) of approx 3 hours each. We will be looking at Affirmations, Visualisation Techniques, Setting Goals, Releasing Limiting Beliefs, Releasing the past, Techniques to Improve Self Confidence, Gratitude, Group Support, Developing Life Enhancing Practices such as for example a Meditation Practice, Discussions etc. You are expected to work with different methods between sessions.
- You will have full Email Support throughout the course, when you can email me with questions, problems etc. I will also email out Weekly Inspiration, Tips etc. to keep you motivated!
- One Follow Up Session 4 months after the course, for further support, inspiration etc.
Your Investment: £180. A deposit of £50 secures your place. The rest can be paid in two installments of £65 each before the course start.
