General Class Information
Yoga class: Yoga mat and blanket + any yoga blocks you may have (please note not 'yoga bricks' as they are too large).
Pilates class: Yoga mat and blanket. We use a small ball and a stretchy band which I provide.
What to wear
Wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing.
Food and drink
Please don’t have a heavy meal for 3 hours prior to a class, and don’t eat at all in the hour or so before class. Light snacks are ok. Please bring some water to class.
Health issues
You are responsible for informing us of any health issues before class - please fill in our Health Questionnaire and also see below. The Health Questionnaire needs to be filled in before starting any class.
