A beginners/gentle Pilates class.
Full body workout with emphasis on core strength, strong back, tension release and functional movement. Wonderful for back problems, stiffness or tension.
Relaxation at the end of the class. Suitable for all ages.

A gentle class with focus on releasing tension and stiffness in back, neck, shoulders, hips, arms, legs and even the face. Deeply relaxing and wonderful for stress-relief, and and over active mind.
