- Guided deep relaxation/Yoga Nidra
- Guided Meditation
- Gentle movements to release tension, stiffness and discomfort in neck, shoulders, back and hips.
- A yoga mat
- Yoga bolster or large pillows/cushions
- Yoga blocks (if you have any - we will bring some that you can borrow)
- A large towel or blanket
- Comfortable clothing
- Balances your nervous system. Takes you out of 'fight or flight' mode and into 'rest and digest' mode.
- Very deep relaxation - a complete rest for body and mind.
- Helps to release tension, pain, stiffness and discomfort in the back, neck, shoulders and hips.
- Improves general mobility.
- Improves breathing.
- Profound effect on sleep - you will sleep deeply after the session.
