Terms & Conditions
Full payment must be received in advance in order to be booked into any block of classes.
All payments are non-refundable.
Full payment must be made before attending the first class for that block.
No part payments for a block of lessons can be accepted.
No refunds will be given for missed classes. In the event of a client missing a class, every effort will be made to find a space for the client to attend an extra class in that block (in person or via Zoom).
Classes you may miss in any block will not be rolled over into a new block of lessons
In the unlikely event of the Instructor not being able to run a particular session, an alternative arrangement will be offered to all clients affected.
In the case of failed wifi signal for livestreaming classes - at class venues - and we therefore are unable to livestream a class, a recorded class will be sent out instead.
If an alternative arrangement cannot be made, a refund of the cancelled session(s) will be offered
Every person attending a class must complete and sign the Health Questionnaire. This is to provide the teacher with as much information as possible and therefore help with each individual’s progression with Yoga/Pilates.
All clients will be kept up to date with class information for each new term or block of lessons as details become available.
Liability Waiver - Online classes
By boking onto our classes and participating in our live-stream or recorded Yoga and Meditation classes, you are agreeing to the following:
I hereby release Inner Light Yoga & Health Co and Rose-Marie Sorokin from responsibility for any injuries I may sustain as a result of participation in the classes or programs offered by Inner Light Yoga & Health Co/Rose-Marie Sorokin - including any online pre-recorded or live-streamed class. I am aware that the instructor cannot always see me and may not be able to offer the same personalised instruction, and therefore I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes of programs offered through Inner Light Yoga & Health Co/Rose-Marie Sorokin. As determined by my Doctor and myself, I certify that the level of my physical condition will allow me to safely participate in programs with Inner Light Yoga & Health Co/Rose-Marie Sorokin. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
