There will be flowing, creative yoga sequences, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga Nidra and fascia release. Venue

The venue sits in the semi-desert landscape amid lush gardens, its architecture echoing ancient Mediterranean civilizations.

It consists of the main house the ‘Finca’, which won awards in the 80s for its striking modernist design, and a group of converted traditional buildings, the cortijos. The cortijos are just a couple of minutes walk from the main house and next to the yoga studio. There are shared social spaces but also quiet spaces and two eco-pools, one at the house and one with the cortijos.

Getting there

The nearest airport to Finca del Alamo is Almeria, about 30 mins away, which is served by a number of airlines from London and elsewhere.

I will arrange a group transfer (cost ~€50 per person return, depending on numbers and what happens with those volatile prices…) meeting the Ryanair flight from Stansted (Departure 6:05am, FR8351) and returning to Stansted leaving Almeria at 10:40am (FR8352) a week after. Please note that these flights are yet to be confirmed.

It’s always great to gather as many of us as possible for the group transfer, but of course you can also make your own way there, and the venue will be able to assist with this.

Arrival at the venue is from 4pm on Saturday 12 October 2024. If you arrive earlier in the day you can visit the local town of Nijar for a wander and lunch. For departure you will need to vacate your room by 10.00am and depart from the Finca by 2pm on Saturday 19 October.
